These are so easy to make and bake. It is really Paula Deen's Magical Peanut Butter Cookie recipe but I used real sugar on top, so needed the calorie counts for that.

It can be difficult to find gluten free BBQ sauce. It's even harder to find GF BBQ sauce that's fairly low in sodium. Try this and you'll find out taste doesn't have to equal salt.

These are certainly not low-cal, nor low fat. But they have lots of good fats and are very filling. I like to cut a bar in half, and eat one half before working out, and the other half after.
