Cookbook creator says: Veges need to be cut pretty small. They were undercooked, and pork was more than cooked. Perhaps decrease amt of water as well. Chops were still a bit frozen, and we ended up with a lot of water in the pan in the end, diluting the flavor.

Cooks.com recipe:

Thaw bag of hash brown potatoes. Mix sour cream, cheese, chicken soup, butter and onion together. Stir into potatoes until thoroughly mixed. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
