This recipe is a very easy way to "save" your ripe bananas. All you need is lemon juice, Splenda (or Equal, or sugar) and plastic cling wrap! Oh and a freezer! :-)

Family ice cream recipe. You can add flavors if you would like. Serving size is about 1 cup, maybe a little more. It is possible to use splenda, although I never have. Let me know if that works!
