(Feel free to change this recipe with what you've got in the fridge. No sweet potatoes? Try zucchini or butternut squash. Swap kale for spinach, Swiss chard or your favorite green! This Cake was made without any butter. I used none fat sour cream as a substitute. The plums can be replaced with any of your favorite fruits such as peaches, apples, cherries and prunes. Try this with a spoon full of none dairy whipping cream and you will be in heaven.
