This is so delicious. Great for pot lucks and an awesome way to get your family to eat Cauliflower...even picky cauliflower haters love this dish. It is also good the next day and reheats well. Tastes just like stuffed baked potatoes. I have taken this to lots of pot luck dinners and there is never any leftover.
