This makes a good, creamy salad dressing with a real kick. Without the peppers, this makes a great base for any very low calorie salad dressing. You will not be disapointed if you use real Greek Yogurt; there is no substitute. The amount of Chipotle pepper I add to this gives it a very substantial kick. I like it this way, you may want to experiment with less at first. I use the same base for a creamy caesar dressing for my wife, leaving out the chipotle pepper and adding more garlic and 2 tsp of Worcester sauce. Very easy and impressive recipe with or without cherries. I make it both ways. This makes alot of food, and its very refreshing. The vegetables can marinate for a couple of hours, so all you'll have to do at party time is arrange them on a platter and top with olives and cheese. Immediately place the prepared vegetables in the marinade so they won't discolor. Be sure to use fresh mozzarella, which comes packed in water and is usually found with the specialty cheeses.
