I used Martha Stewarts Flat bread recipe it is suprisingly low in calories per serving Calories 66.3. I did add 2 cups of whole wheat instead of all white flour.

I get this made forme at lunch by a sweet and dear woman who turned me into the Amy Pizzza junky.
This is a grate lunch pizza. You will want more than one it is so good. The aroma from backing it will take you to Little Greek Pizza shop.
Good with a light garden salad/fat free iltalian dressing or cummber wedges

It's delicious, filling, and doesn't need any seasoning at all. Substituting the sauce for a different flavor doesn't change the calorie content, usually. That's a plus because the Parmesan and Garlic Alfredo really adds some bang to this recipe!
