I had no idea that my mom's spaghetti recipe could be made healthy! Swap the ground beef for ground turkey and get the whole wheat noodles instead of white and who knew?! You could even go so far as to get the low sodium tomato sauce (but I didn't). Also, if you opt for the garlic powder vs. the garlic salt (like I did), it will really help you out w/ your sodium intake!!
