This is a wonderfully high protein alternative for vegans and vegetarians. It is very versatile as it can be cooked in casseroles and curries or cut into cutlets and BBQ'd or simply sliced thinly as a sandwich filling.
It's seriously yum!

I found this recipe on someones blog. Decided to give them a try since it has little oil in it. They are great. The whole family liked them.
I cooked them on my flat top griddle on 350 degrees for about 25 seconds on each side.
