This is pure heaven for chocoholics! This is a very rich dense cake for those watching their carbs, you will feel like you are cheating. Watch out though this is very rich, you can cut it into smaller pieces.

Try this recipe the next time you have a leftover French loaf; the texture of bread pudding is better with day-old bread. You can also use fat-free fudge topping in place of the caramel topping.

These cake-like brownies have a chocolate chip cookie taste. You can have a large serving without the guilt of eating a plateful of cookies or gobs of cookie dough.

This recipe just came out of experimenting with a bunch of different banana bread recipes I have. What really makes these stand out is the unique flavor of the almond extract. So yummy!!!

Carly Rules...My coworker had an awesome recipe that I wanted to try...but of course had to change it up to lower the fat...since I gain 5 pounds just LOOKING at food...
These work out to be 1.5 WW point per shell or 3 points per serving (2 shells).

This is a very fast and easy to cook, healthy and nutritious waffle for breakfast, lunch or brunch. It is only one serving but you will not need seconds, believe me, it will make you full especially when served with Greek yogurt, honey and fresh fruits and berries. I recommend using fresh citrus zest as it is a natural, powerful and fresh flavor ingredient. And if you need several waffles just double the ingredients, triple, quadruple etc. :)
