Tastes just like the Chinese restraunts make it, but it's WAY better for you!!!
Also try this Szechuan recipe with Shrimp, Beef or Tofu instead of Chicken!

Nothing beats a great homemade tomato sauce!
Serve over Pasta or use in any recipe instead of canned tomato sauce. I like to put this through the food processor, and use as pizza sauce!

Tastes like the crust at a good pizzaria!
This recipe freezes well! Just roll/strech out dough before freezing.
I like to use my homemade "Tomato Sauce w/ Brandy" as pizza sauce. Please see my other recipes if you too would like to try this sauce (Click my name link above).
