This is a yummy, spicy version of the classic shepherd's pie. There are many substitutions that can lower the calories and sodium to suit your needs/tastes. Using ground turkey, low-fat cheese and no salt added veggies are the easiest three I can think of. Also, I love Jiffy mix cornbread, but I'm sure there are healthier versions out there! Enjoy!

South beach super charged recipe. Easy and good! Serving amount will vary depending on the number of breasts in a package. The last time I made this I only got three servings. I also added a can og no-salt diced tomatoes before I put it in the oven, helps keep the ckicken moist.
