This a great low fat chicken dish with loads of flavor! It tastes great when coupled with rice and puerto rican pinto beans (see recipe)

This is a creamy stew beef and mushrooms to go over broad noodles. It's excellent as left overs.This is a double batch. Cook meat and mushrooms in slow cooker, make the noodles separately.
