Cookbook creator says: When I make this I will use my own salt-free taco spice blend (from a Tightwad Gazette book), and the reduced sodium salsa that I make with salt-free diced tomatoes and Victorian Epicure Salsa Mix. Cookbook creator says: Delicious. I used olive oil for the butter, beef stock (which I had on hand) instead of chicken, and red wine to top up the amount. I also used fat-free sour cream instead of heavy cream...So maybe I created a new recipe??
