Cookbook creator says: This smells so good for my first experiment in Cheesecake! Can't wait to try it. It is very light, almost like a souffle rather than a regular cheesecake. I think that is probably because of the combination of yogurt and eggs. Very pretty yellow. I will post a picture later.
