There are several recipes similar to this, but I prefer this one because it contains no butter or mayonnaise. This recipe also works well with orange roughy or catfish and can be easily doubled.

This is a wonderful chicken and pasta dish. If you decide to make it and think the calories are a bit high you can cut the marinade recipe in half. The ingredients listed are double of what the original recipe called for.

This has been a family favorite for years! But I've modified it a bit to lower the fat and calories. I used Ragu Light Tomato & Basil instead of marinara and you can lower the fat and calories even further by using part skim mozzarella.
