Basic Protein Smoothie, found in Tosca Reno Eat Clean Diet Cookbook.

Substitutions or not include:
- orignal recipe calls for 2 tbsp of unsweetned applesauce, I substituted honey.
- also 1 Tbsp of Wheat Germ, I don't like wheat germ, did not include it.

This recipe has been adapted slightly. The array of different flours required to make POWER FLOUR are a little difficult to find at your local grocer, so I used a few of the flours mentioned in the POWER FLOUR recipe.
