Healthy, 5 gr fiber per muffin, easy to make, can halve recipe to make only 12, I freeze some. Why buy fancy muffins when you can bake your own and know exactly what is in them! NO ONE will know these are healthy, they remind me of very dark chocolate cupcakes.
