I got this from my mom and replaced chicken with Tofu. You can use as much or as little cilantro as you like. I like to put this on a bed of romaine on into a pita. Very tasty!!

This is super easy and if you take the time to really work the oil over the kale you can cut calories by only using 1 tsp oil vs. 1 Tbs like a lot of other recipes call for.
