My Spicy Old Fashioned Meatloaf

Cookbook creator says: I substituted oats instead of bread crumbs. I doubled the recipe and didn't cook them in loaf pans. I made a simple gravy with canned mushrooms, onions and beef broth in the meatloaf pan after I drained the grease. Seved with healthy harvest noodles and green beans Kids/teens really liked this.
