This is a modification of a beef and mushroom stroganoff recipe I tried from another sparkpeople member (budgetmom).
I mix different mushrooms, like portabella and oyster. Can be served over regular egg noodles or eggless egg noodles to make it vegan. These can be found at stop and shop.Submitted by FATHUSBAND

I can't take credit for this recipe, as it is originally from Weight Watchers Simply Delicious cookbook. I changed it slightly in that I use boneless/skinless chicken breast in favor of a bone-in variety.
