This is a modification of a beef and mushroom stroganoff recipe I tried from another sparkpeople member (budgetmom).
I mix different mushrooms, like portabella and oyster. Can be served over regular egg noodles or eggless egg noodles to make it vegan. These can be found at stop and shop.Submitted by FATHUSBAND
I can't take credit for this recipe, as it is originally from Weight Watchers Simply Delicious cookbook. I changed it slightly in that I use boneless/skinless chicken breast in favor of a bone-in variety. Personally, I prefer a little less vinegar and a tad more mustard, but you can play around with the recipe to your taste preference.Submitted by CHRSTINAG
Quiche reinvented- add any 8 oz, dispersed how you see fit, of contents you have in your refrigerator including, but not limited to: Cheese, Protein (bacon, ham, chicken...), vegetable. Quite easy to make this a vegetarian friendly dish.Submitted by WARRIORMAMMA

Now I make up a month of salt-free, heart-healthy snacks that take care of our savory cravings and give us our healthy fats for the day. Store in zip-lock snack bags and you are ready to grab and go whenever the munchies hit. Great to keep in the glove box for when you need a snack on the run.
