I make these using a mini cupcake pan or you put them on a cookie sheet and shape them into bars. I usually get 10-12 balls out of this recipe. No baking - just throw them in the fridge overnight! My 2 yo loves them!!! Nice healthy alternative to store bought cookies! They are so good that you might feel guilty eating them but don't!
