Very simple but delicious dish.
Note: I only added 1 oxo pk to the sparkpeople ingredient list instead of the two in the recipe because it's only used for boiling the pasta and then discarded. I figured it's adding some salt but your not eating both pks.
Note 2: I decreased the amount of olive oil to 1 1/2 tbsp. in the sparkpeople ingredient list because there's always extra oil left behind from marinating and cooking, therefore you're not consuming the full amount in the recipe.
