Moroccan Olive Oil Crackers

Crush hazelnuts and whole coriander in a mortar, Then pulse all ingredients in a food processor, adding just enough water to make a firm dough (about 3 T). Roll out thinly, place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and score to make it easier to break into crackers. Bake at 400 (F) for 10 minutes, or until brown. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.Submitted by MAWLULA
