Cookbook creator says: Great with GF Rice "Chex" type cereal instead of cornflakes. Or, go "tropical" and add coconut and almond meal to the ceral for a sweet, toasty flavor. I put my strips over salad with fresh pineapple, raspberries, avocado and macadamia nut pieces, and fresh lime juice.
