Heavenly by Kylea Elysse

My "out of the pantry" recipes to a happy heart straight from our pantry and refrigerator - including leftovers. My family calls it "beautiful mind" food creations. I'm not a chef nor a schooled cook so I'll be using my own cooking terms to explain my instructions the best way I can. God bless!

Inspired by the Bangus caught in Dubai. It was then released into the "Lovely Water" where she enjoyed her freedom.

My family used to have so much fun with the "Chicken Dance" back in the days. I named this recipe after it since each chicken fillet was shaked in ziploc bag. So, the chicken "danced". =)

I've been having stomach pains this week and I didn't feel like having anything regular for dinner today. I created this recipe to sooth my stomach pains and it actually worked.

Early this week I prepared the "Chicken Dance" along with a bag of carrots. Since my mom and I don't usually consume that much, I used the leftovers and turned it into my "Tsuken".

Tsuken = Tummy Soothing Chicken

I had to prepare a quick dinner tonight since I only had less than half an hour between my activities. Everything was pretty much still frozen and it would have taken forever to thaw the fish or meat. I prefer thawing naturally rather than throwing stuff in the microwave.

So, here's a quick dinner that may be prepared by anyone, especially those who are simply beginning to learn how to cook. I usually prepare this for myself whenever I need a quick yet filling meal. Yogurt just won't bridge my hunger.
