Full of fiber, not a lot of fat and great for those cold nights!!!!
I believe the sodium content listed is wrong however!!! Just ensure you drain the stuff that says drain and use all reduced sodium/no salt product!!!

A Simple Tasty Recipe with lots of lycopene and fiber. My husband isn't a tomato fan, so paste and puree make this appetizing for the picky eater.

This is super yummy and easy to make. Just combine everything in a stove top pot or slow cooker and let it go! I love this served with some home made bread (especially when its getting stale)

You can mix and match any of the vegetables you have on hand in the herbs, onion, garlic, broth and stewed tomatoes as the base stock. You can also substitute vegetable broth and make it a vegetarian recipe.
