Best soft tortillas to eat for us is the Ole Xtreme High Fiber, Low Carb tortillas- they have low calories, high fiber, low fat and low carbs and they thicker then any others we find. This makes 5 tortillas which is a meal for us where we have 2 each and then one leftover for me for lunch.
