This is a great and easy recipe for people who are watching their sodium and also tasty for those who are not. Also great for people on the go.

Low sodium, crock pot
You might want to increase the Worcester sauce to 2 tsp, and I have also added mushrooms to this at times. It goes well with brown rice.
We get 8 servings from this, but if you have hearty eaters you might only get 6.

I have been trying to find a low sodium bbq sauce but have been unsuccessful finding any in the local stores, so I decided to create my own. This recipe is my own take on a recipe from recipezarr.com - you could use splenda brown sugar and whatever spices you like (will alter nutritional information). I will continue to play with this recipe, it was very good (sweet with a little tang) and has a lot of potential to be even better.

A heart healthy yet very flavorful dish. Quick and easy to make. Perfect if you are following the DASH (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) program. Cook up Brown Rice ahead of time and store in refrigerator to use in various ways; and then you have it ready for this recipe.

This can be made using canned or leftover poultry or tuna. You can also substitute store canned biscuits for the dough.

A low sodium make at home meal. I generally use this recipe to use up those leftovers. Any leftover meats get cubed and added.

I used left over chicken, but you can use turkey, canned chicken, etc. I tend to top with lettuce, salsa and sour cream.
