My friend, Missy, very kindly and graciously shared her recipe and starter with me so I can make this (as none of the other recipes on here explained the entire process). I did, however, lighten it up a bit using Butter Buds and Splenda Measurable which worked fabulously. Thanks Missy!!!!

This cupcake is made using the 'diet cola cake' and a lighter version of icing. Even better, it is very quick and easy to make!

This is an incredibly awesome recipe from Kitty.. When you use fat free pretzels and fat free margarine it is even lower in cals and it is so good! My family didnt even know it was reduced cals/fat!

I love this recipe, I made this up to flavor up some chicken and eat it al the time since I have been dieting. It is so good! I hope you all think so too! I like this the best with the chicken cooked on the grill but you can do whatever method you like to cook the chicken.
