I made this as a 'mistake' when I ran out of Alfredo sauce and had to get another 'cream base' together. I don't like using canned soups unless low in sodium, so this was a perfect alternative. My husband doesn't like tuna, but this recipe proved to be a favorite of his as everything else in it helps mask the taste.
