Cookbook creator says: Good and easy, especially with a few "tweaks". Sauteed 2 garlic cloves with onions. Can use variety of beans-I tried cannellini and kidney. If you don't have salsa, it's fine without-I added 1 T tomato paste to thicken. Even better if it simmers longer. EASY.
