To use in place of canned cream soups in casseroles or as a base for
your own soups. It is much lower in fat and salt than the canned versions. The trick is to have it made up ready to use.

Draining the marinade before serving keeps the fat and sodium low in this cold pasta salad.
I don't eat any kind of flour or refined sugars, so finding a recipe for a tasty muffin, with a good consistency/texture, was nearly impossible. I finally made up my own using No Flour, No Sugar, No Oil and the result was a heavenly Oatmeal Blueberry Muffin! Enjoy!!Submitted by NAYNAY333
