Cookbook creator says: So good! Definently use fresh dungeness crab if possible, there's nothing like it! Okay, that was a total plug, my husband is a salmon fisherman/crabber, but fresher really is better!

Cookbook creator says: I crave mexican on a regular basis and this is a good substitute for the cheesy and greasy. Try adding filling to warm tortillas or mix in some frozen veggies (I use the fiesta mix with black beans) and rice to make a kind of mexican casserole!
