South beach super charged recipe. Easy and good! Serving amount will vary depending on the number of breasts in a package. The last time I made this I only got three servings. I also added a can og no-salt diced tomatoes before I put it in the oven, helps keep the ckicken moist. Submitted by NATBAER Carbs: 4.6g | Fat: 8g | Fiber: 1.1g | Protein: 37.7g | Calories: 238.8

The P.F. Changs version contains mushrooms and sits on a bed of fried mung bean noodles, but if you don’t have all of those ingredients at home you can try this one. Submitted by KALELSTICK Carbs: 3.2g | Fat: 14.3g | Fiber: 1.1g | Protein: 29g | Calories: 257.3

Feel good about serving this low-calorie low-fat meal. Not only is it low in saturated fat, but the cheese provides calcium and the broccoli is a good source of vitamin C. As a bonus, the broccoli teams up with the spaghetti sauce to provide vitamin A and the multi-grain pasta is a good source of fiber. Great recipe for a healthy but not always yummy food. I add lots of black pepper and a little grated parmesan cheese if I need a little extra calcium. Can be refridgerated and used as a snack or a side for up to week after cooking. PREP TIME CUT BY AT LEAST 20-25 MINUTES IF USE FROZEN SPROUTS, but fresh tastes better!
