Whether or not this is a "real" chicken curry, it's tasty and smells fantastic when you walk in to the house at the end of the day. I serve it with brown rice.

We loved this. It was tender, juicy and the simple sauce was strong enough that you only needed a little bit. I served this with baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, limas and salads. No one even touched the potatoes.

place all ingredients except chicken in zip lock bag to mix. Add thawed chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
