I just love the flavor of this drink. Using the orange rind really gives an intense orange flavor plus some extra fiber. Of course this is optional or just use a Tablespoon or 2 of grated rind. With 6 almonds to round a good Zone meal. I prefer to have for breakfast or lunch. You need a REALLY GOOD blender to pulverize the rind. This would also be good with other frozen fruit, i.e., pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe. Use your imagination. Submitted by SPARKEYES
