100% natural and 100% delicious! As well as 'good' bacteria for a healthy digestion, yogurt has calcium important for bones - particularly for menopausal women and children. Bananas are full of slow release sugar to sustain you throughout the day and are also high in potassium, which is important to lower high blood pressure.
