This is a quick easy Marinara that is great just over whole wheat pasta or with spaghetti and meat balls. The nutritional values do not contain the pasta or the Garlic Bread. Enjoy!

This was inspired by a need to cook the chicken quickly while keeping the flavor and tenderness. The flavors I used are some of my family's favoites, and I thought they would hold up well on a grill.

Ground Turkey Picadinho

As a Brasilian, I grew up eating picadinho, a ground meat dish. This is a lighter version of picadinho, made with 94% ground turkey. I flavored it with mexican spices (cilantro, cumin, a dash of chilli powder and a pinch of cayenne).
Picadinho goes great inside a quesadilla, stuffed into a baked potato, served along side veggies and oven fries...

Found this recipe in "Country Italian" cookbook. Feel free to use whichever veggies you like. The recipe simply calls for 4 cups assorted veggies plus tomatoes so I used what I like. I did find it a little bland, may want to cook pasta in chicken broth or add substitute a little chicken broth for some of the milk.
