Cookbook creator says: Adjustments made: I added 1 bag of frozen SouthWest veggie mix (black beans, corn, onion), 1 4 oz. can of Green chiles (any brand but I live in NM and prefer the local Hatch brand), 1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
