A delicious waffle made with a grain called spelt. Spelt is available at health food stores and major grocery chains in the health sections. This is a wonderful granola. My husband eats it with Vanilla Silk for breakfast. We also put it in yogurt or just eat it straight out of the container. This was originally a recipe from a Company's Coming cookbook that I altered. I used ww flour instead of white, reduced the oil from 1/3 to 1/4 cup, and ommited the salt. I also omited the sugar and added an apple and banana to help sweeten the muffins. I also added pumpkin and carrot for moisture and texture.
