This is something I learned at Weight Watcher's a very long time ago. It tastes just like an ice cream sandwich and so many less calories!

The original fast-track granola bars had too much oil (or saturated fat) on the bottom of them after they were cooked, so I decided to use less butter to make it healthier and more tasty :)

Coach Nicole's Chewy Oat & Nut Granola Bars
Very Good 4.2/5
(237 ratings)

This homemade alternative to store-bought granola bars, is a good source of protein, fiber and healthy fats. Tasty and so simple to make! A quarter cup of raisins (not included here) also make a yummy addition!

I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!

This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.

Raw Cauliflower Popcorn
Very Good 4.5/5
(4 ratings)

This recipe taste delicious wether you want to eat it raw or dehydrate it. If you dehydrate it, the cauliflower shrinks down and looks more like popcorn which is good for trying to trick kids into eating their vegetables.

You are going to want to double, triple, etc the batches because this will disappear real fast.

Good with veggies (and healthy, too, since it adds fat and protein to make a balanced snack).
