I hope that you like this, because it was really yummy to my roommate and I. It looks like it has a lot of ingredients, but it is really easy to make. Feel free to sub shrimp for other seafood or poultry.

P.S. Please excuse the tacky picture--I was really feeling myself ;-)

P.P.S. Please don't hesitate to season the shrimp VERY good, this dish will get most of it's flavor from the broth left from shrimp.

This is a decadent, creamy, full flavor mushroom soup made with real ingredients. I found this when looking for low carb soups. Not for someone afraid of having fat in their diet. This is wonderful for those days when a bowl of soup is just what you want!
