Moist, delicious, and flavorful turkey burger! The addition of the mayonaise adds a little needed fat to keep it moist, and you can't taste it at all. Great to freeze and have on hand for a quick meal!

This is an incredibly simple recipe that the whole family will love. If you don't tell your loved ones, they will think it is ricotta but get the benefits of the soy protein. This requires little prep time. Most of the time is the cooking time.

This is a Better Homes & Gardens New Dieter's Cook Book, Meredith, 1st Ed., 1992, recipe on page 136. I modified the recipe here. I used 2 slices of a thin light multi-grain bread that have a total of 70 calories for both pieces, so I added a 1/4 c. more applesauce
