Spaghetti Squash, 1 squash
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 162 grams
*Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz container
*Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1 serving
*Kraft grated parmesean cheese, 1/2 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
*McCormick Italian Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
*Prego 100% Natural Italian Sauce - Traditional 1 jar
Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Basil, .5 tsp
Oregano, ground, .5 tsp

Something I made for my spice-nut, vegan daughter. If you don't have all of the spices, you can easily substitute Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning and add extra basil and cumin. Nice hearty winter stew. Add any other veggies you like. Don't like rice, add cooked diced sweet potatoes. Very versatile recips.Submitted by GERRIHAN654
I found this base recipe on "Everyday Dish TV" then adjusted it to my taste by adding vegan Chorzo or Italian sausage and more spice. This recipe makes a ton and is good for pot luck or shared dinners.

This is a great way to play with mushrooms and enjoy some traditional French ingredients (Duxelle is a French mushroom paste that they use in EVERYTHING savory!). Enjoy it with Hungry Girl's Chicken Cordon Bleu or a simple roasted chicken!Submitted by BTVMADS
