Recipe from Clean Eating Magazine. You will get 10-12 2 " squares from the pan. This recipe does not call for any salt, but it needs it, 1 tsp or so would be perfect.

With a bounty of fresh, local and super-juicy blueberries at my disposal, I twisted the traditional addition of citrus in blueberry pie by using lime and orange flavours in both the whole-wheat crust and the filling!

I found this recipe on the back of Pioneer Corn Meal pkg. You can add chopped jalapenos, half cup of cooked corn, etc. I use jalapeno olive oil instead of veg oil. It adds just enough zing!
