Falafel is one my favorite foods, but most places tend to fry it on oil. However, I came across this raw falafel recipe which you can serve moist or dehydrated. Serve in lettuce leaves with cucumbers and tomatoes with a drizzle of your favorite sauce.

Itís a dessert or afternoon treat to rival the best sundaes and scoops out there. Really, I canít begin to do justice to how delicious this is! Even if you donít eat a lot of fruit, itís worth treating yourself to this one every now and then. Trust me. Itís also a sweet treat you can feel great feeding your kids.
