I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

My boyfriend & I are doing spark together. We love pizza, especially stuffed crust but I couldn't bear eating all those calories for one slice at pizza hut. So, we decided to make our own. We were so surprised how low in calories it is per slice that we will definitely make this one of our regular meals. Everything we used is pretty easy to find but if you're having trouble finding the dough, check shoprite in the cheese section.

These are a delicious and affordable way to enjoy cheese cake in small amounts. You can top the individual tarts with pie filling of your choice but you will need to add appropriate calories. I adapted this recipe from the original of Paula Deen of the food network.
