Cookbook creator says: Delicious! Picky hubby loved it. Put smart balance and spinach on top and served on whole wheat bun. I made it exactly the way the recipe called for except I didn't put in pepper. Also tried it with gorgonzola, just as good!

Cookbook creator says: Made 3 with goat cheese and 3 with feta. Used minced garlic and sundried tomatos. The goat cheese was better than the feta, will def make again with goat cheese, sans tapenade. Made in oven, cut chicken breasts in half. Used minced garlic and olive oil on outside and minced garlic in the inside also

Cookbook creator says: It was kind of blah until I added a can of cream of mushroom soup which gave it a nice creaminess. Also added fresh spinach part way through which kind of melted into the sauce. Will use a less acidic sauce next time, probably Rinaldi's mushroom sauce. served over whole whole wheat pasta. Make again

Cookbook creator says: AMAZING!! My husband LOVED it. He said it was better than he's ever had in any restuarant! Used steak rolls and added some minced garlic and chopped onions. Cooked on HIGH for 5 hours and meat was falling apart. Used thin round steak. Next time will double the recipe bc it only made 3 sandwiches.

Cookbook creator says: Very good, I didn't add the cayenne or red pepper flake. I did add extra 1/8 of bread crumbs & extra parm cheese. Also added diced onion, sprinkle of paprika, pampered chef italian seasoning, onion powder, and one egg instead of egg white. Stirring didn't work, next time will try oven or crock pot

Cookbook creator says: Extremely easy and pretty good. Made in the Crockpot about 4-5 hours on low. I used coke zero, regular ketchup, onions, a smidge of paprika and onion powder, minced garlic and some BBQ sauce and left out the mustard. It was too thin so I added a can of tomato paste at the end and let it cook longer.

Cookbook creator says: So Good! My husband loved it too! Used really thick organic chicken, low sodium box of stovetop, some extra unseasoned bread stuffing, minced garlic, 3/4 soup can of water, cream of chicken soup and 1/4 can of chicken broth. Cooked on High for 5 hours.
