Cookbook creator says: Made 3 with goat cheese and 3 with feta. Used minced garlic and sundried tomatos. The goat cheese was better than the feta, will def make again with goat cheese, sans tapenade. Made in oven, cut chicken breasts in half. Cookbook creator says: It was kind of blah until I added a can of cream of mushroom soup which gave it a nice creaminess. Also added fresh spinach part way through which kind of melted into the sauce. Will use a less acidic sauce next time, probably Rinaldi's mushroom sauce. served over whole whole wheat pasta. Cookbook creator says: AMAZING!! My husband LOVED it. He said it was better than he's ever had in any restuarant! Used steak rolls and added some minced garlic and chopped onions. Cooked on HIGH for 5 hours and meat was falling apart. Used thin round steak. Next time will double the recipe bc it only made 3 sandwiches. Cookbook creator says: Very good, I didn't add the cayenne or red pepper flake. I did add extra 1/8 of bread crumbs & extra parm cheese. Also added diced onion, sprinkle of paprika, pampered chef italian seasoning, onion powder, and one egg instead of egg white. Cookbook creator says: Extremely easy and pretty good. Made in the Crockpot about 4-5 hours on low. I used coke zero, regular ketchup, onions, a smidge of paprika and onion powder, minced garlic and some BBQ sauce and left out the mustard.
