This is quick and very easy recipe to make. it takes a bit of attention and time so it won't scortch. Make sure to bring up the heat slowly to melt the cheese. My picky eater daughter loves this.

I've been experimenting with the egg mugs for a few months now. I used to LOVE to eat the english muffins with cheese and regular poached eggs until the doc told me to cut out the yolks. This is a lower fat, lower cholesterol, lower calorie alternative. You can stubstitute other lean meats and come up with a satisfying breakfast sandwich.
